We typically ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days. Air and sea freight are also available.

Yes, we offer free samples. The minimum order quantity for standard products is 100 meters. However, customized products have different minimum order quantities. The minimum order quantity varies by product. For example, the minimum order quantity for a customized LED light strip is 1000 meters.

Typically, our orders ship within 2-3 weeks. However, if the production schedule is heavy, delivery time may be longer. Customized products also require more time.

For small orders (usually under $200), you can pay via PayPal. However, for bulk orders, we only accept 30%T/T in advance and 70%T/T balance before shipment.

We offer 3-year or 5-year warranty for different products. Generally, indoor non-waterproof IP20 LED light strips have a 5-year warranty, while outdoor waterproof IP55/65/67/68 LED light strips have a 3-year warranty. During the warranty period, if the customer provides proof of product quality issues and our engineers confirm the issue, we will replace the defective product. For small orders (non-waterproof products under 100 meters; waterproof products under 50 meters), customers do not need to return defective samples. For large orders, customers are required to ship the defective parts back. Repairing or replacing the product is our sole responsibility and we do not assume any other liability.
